Paid 50 pre-tour and limited to a 30 minute speedy marathon tour. They could inform us on that tour that outdoor sound system doesn't work but not inform us that indoor sound system did not. Quickly had to run & rent equipment to manage this omission. The TV's all needed updating which is powered by WIFI that also did not work for us. Our group worked 2 hrs to try and troubleshoot this. The remotes do not match the tv's they are located near and a few were found with no batteries or backing. Judging from the rather large amount of dust accumulated in backless remotes, this isn't a new condition. WIFI didn't work during stay, therefore all tv's throughout house were non-operational as there is no cable tv. Kitchen least equipped ever experienced on state side or internationally. You will not have access to the 4 garages shown. Only two will be available for guests. Confetti all over house and under furniture. Cleaning on our teams part had to be done first before set up of micro wedding. Three bedrooms too cold for guests to sleep in no matter how much house temp turned up. No space heaters provided to combat this dilemma. House showed extremely poor upkeep and housekeeping services for such a beautiful home.It's clear the management company do not come "into" this beautiful home to make sure it is being properly kept up/maintained. I'm sorry for the actual owner of this home, as they have unknowingly misappropriated the care needed for this beautiful home.
