*Stylish 1BR Getaway w/ KING Bed + Patio + Wi-Fi

Thanks to Adam and the whole team for making our stay in Lynchburg one for the books. We had an event at The Water Dog and this spot was so convenient. Its well stocked kitchen and comfy bed adds to the view to make it a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Adam's place was fantastic for us. I highly recommend it. The layout of the apartment is perfect. When I read other reviews about it being "cozy" I was thinking hmm.. maybe it was small. But that wasn't the case. It was warm and comfortable. We liked that the kitchen was open to the living area and also liked that the furniture was very comfy. We felt welcomed. There was a lot of extra seating which we used for the one hour when we had family over visiting. The kitchen is laid out well with plenty of counter space. It was stocked with most of the things we needed except a cheese grater which is no issue as i'll simply remember to bring my own next time, and there definitely will be a next time. We had rainy weather most of the time so we couldn't really enjoy the balcony with outdoor seating but again- next time! I was told the king mattress was memory foam which I don't usually like but here it was fine. Very comfortable with extremely soft linens. The train noise didn't bother us at all.. it was on the other side of the apartment from the bedroom but- and this might be the only negative for this apartment and others in the same building- the pedestrian noise from those walking on the bluff art walk was annoying at times. People just didn't realize how their voices carry and the walkway is right below the bedroom window. After midnight it's not an issue but from 10-12... a bit so. A HUGE plus - a washer and dryer in the apartment. We stayed 4 nights and that was a great bonus. Another big plus.. off street permit only parking. It's not on the premises, but it's an easy walk a few blocks away. You can load and unload closer though. One note: I didn't pay attention to the toiletries "not provided" so be sure to bring shampoo and soap for the lovely glassed in shower. (I ways carry my own anyway so not an issue but just an fyi) Thanks Adam!

Very nice, clean apartment in the perfect location. It was especially nice to have a king bed, balcony, and parking space. Would stay again.

The bed is getting lumpy...middle is the best...under lighting would be great for the kitchen. But twll your HOA to clean your hallway and stairs!!...underside on your porch is very moldy...but i would stay again!!!
